1. Call, text or email me your contact number to arrange an appointment time.
2. Make a strong intent within yourself about what you would like to receive from our work together. There is absolutely no limitation here. What is it that you truly wish for in this life? What is stalking you?
3. Begin to make notes about your life; patterns in your physical experience, in beliefs, and in emotions. Bring these to the session to assist in coming in clear with your intent. These are doorways for me to access the roots beneath. It may seem irrelevant to you but TRUST me, it all is for healing and it all leads to where the heart has created "safety".
4. Please pay for the session 24 hours before appointment time through etranfer or PayPal. There is freedom in commitment and engangement with exchange.
5. Arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time and be in a quiet private space. I will call you. It is best to be alone and undistracted so that you can be FULLY PRESENT with me in the moment and have the comfort to make noise if you feel called.
6. Have a temperate belly, not too full or too hungry. There will be breathing involved.
7. Bring a few stones that fit in the palm of your hand. It helps if they are black and not gem stones. After the session you will let them sit on the earth for 24 hours to recycle the old energy that they have helped you release.
8.Bring a pen and paper to take notes. I have recorded sessions in the past but since these are not strictly claivoyant readings there can be lags of silence as I am working with delicate energies.
9.Light a candle.
10. Have a glass of water next to you. Water is the conduit for uploads to take root. It's important to stay hydrated, especially after sessions that work with your energy field.
11. Bring an open mind. Much of this work is beyond the cognitive capacity to understand. Give space after the session to integrate and digest the work. Take time in Nature.
12. Observe your physical reality over the next week after the session. There will be shifts. They can be subtle and obvious but with an observers mind you can witness them for yourself.
