The “Me Too” movement was a worldwide sensation calling out the misuse of power and exploitation of the sacred feminine. The finger was pointed at high ranking men in today’s society. The phenomena inspired women to step forward and for men to take a deeper look at their participation in the collective drama.
Now let me ask you this; how many women have exploited their own divine feminine by not listening to the soft whispers of her heart song? How many men have shoved their inner knowing down just to do what was expected of them? How many times have we heard the faint cry of the heart nudging us to quit our job and strive for something more sensational only to spend the next year continuing the personal sacrifice for some artificial external gain? We do it too. Each one of us needs to step forward in the Me Too movement and admit that we have not listened to the subtle and not so subtle cries of our own inner divine feminine voice.
This voice is not always loud. It doesn’t use force, it doesn’t bribe you with riches, power, or control. She lulls you with dreams. She is your anxiety and depression nudging you that something isn’t quite right, something needs to change. She is your dream time. She is the link between you and the Grand Orchestrator. She is the idealist. The divine feminine doesn’t come with a manual on how to access her. She is the river that flows if you surrender to her movement. It is the river of twists and turns, of shores and rocks. It is the sacred flow of the divine breathing life into your seemingly 3-D body. She cannot be captured, copied or forced by any means. She is as strong and elusive as the wind but she is within each of us, tempting and seducing us out of our unconscious, self-imprisoned, slumber of reality.
The emphasis is on the rise of the feminine as an aspect of all of us. We have let the imbalanced masculine nature of us rule the laws of the land that we have created. The laws that we obey, the laws that have locked us into a tighter version of ourselves and what is possible. Well, the feminine is rising within you and she has the key.
I am not saying the masculine is bad. Oh no. We need it. We need them both. Together they create balance. What I am saying is that the world has allowed the dominance of the masculine, the patriarch, to take over the show. It is reflective in our external earthly environment by who is in power in the government and in the places of influence. Dear ones, this is only a reflection of who is running the show in our inner dialogue to ourselves. Yes in you too!
Shamanism 101: as above, so below. What is expressed outside is only reflective of what is happening inside. It is the way. We cannot escape that. It is the Divine Law where we reside. It is not a man-made law that is made out of fear. This Divine Law is the law of GOD.
So the fact that we, as a collective, are publicly shaming and pointing fingers is our first signpost to the fact that our inner feminine voice has been shoved to the back of the line in favor of the action orientated, scared for its survival, imbalanced masculine nature of our being.
There is a role for the masculine and feminine. They both have a divine purpose and right action. The right action of the masculine nature of our being is designed to support our feminine dream through action, thought, and commitment of the implementation of this dream into the world. It takes all the same steps to manifest anything into the 3-D but the new movement is using this energy to bring forward the essence of new possibilities that are outside the old matrix. It is the birthing of the New Earth. The Great Mother is birthing!
A wise teacher friend of mine related the feminine to the river and the masculine to the river bank. A healthy river has a healthy river bank and the flow can be soft or hard but it is held. Without a riverbank, the river could dry up by spreading itself out too thin. If it's not held, the water, the medicine, wouldn’t make it to the people.
It is time for the divine feminine to rise again. This is not just in the feminine form but in the masculine as well. We have both the masculine and feminine within us so it is not about putting one down it is about getting those to parts of us to work together, as a team.
It’s time for us to write a “me too” letter to our own divine feminine with a sincere apology.
I am so sorry, please forgive me, I messed up and I want to try again. I am sorry I moved faster when you needed me to slow down. I am so sorry that I took the lead and plowed us ahead when you had something to say. I am so sorry I hurt your sweet precious heart, your heart that I love so dearly. I am so sorry that your heart still hurts and I will walk the end of my days holding it sweetly so that you can feel the freedom you deserve. I am sorry that I turned a blind eye to your subtle communication. I am sorry I didn’t see the look in your eyes. I am sorry I over-powered you, didn’t honor you and that I didn’t soften to meet you
Your Beloved Other Half”
It is time sweet ones to stop pointing the finger at all of those that have crossed the line and make the promise to yourself to be soft, vulnerable, and real. To heal that inner conflict within yourself first and foremost.
It’s time to listen to her if she says it’s time to quit that job, it’s time to listen to her if she says the relationship isn’t working anymore. It’s time to listen to her if she wants to move to Africa and adopt a baby to raise all by herself, it’s time to listen to her if she wants to quit finance and be a musician.
It’s time to listen to her.
